Results of 2023 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
At Air New Zealand’s shareholder meeting, held in Wellington and virtually on Tuesday,
26 September 2023, shareholders were asked to vote on three resolutions, which were
supported by the Board of Directors.
Voting on the resolutions was by way of poll and all three resolutions were approved by
shareholders.
