Meridian and Contact confirm conditions precedent

Further to Meridian’s announcements of 15 September 2023 and 16 November 2023, the 2024
conditions precedent for the 150GWh per annum swaption and 294 GWh per annum CFD between
Meridian and Contact have been met. Both arrangements will therefore be in force for the 2024
calendar year.
