Ventia awarded Field Optimisation
contract extension with Telstra

Ventia has been awarded a one-year Field Optimisation contract extension with Telstra Corporation
Ltd (ASX:TLS).
The Agreement includes six scopes of work and is expected to deliver revenue of up to approximately
$340 million to Ventia over the next 12 months.
Ventia’s scope of work will include delivery of:
• Management, design, construction and integration of mobile and wideband networks
supporting Telstra’s suite of voice, data and IP products
• Telecommunication asset & equipment relocation and commercial works services
• Maintenance and building services to more than 40,000 exchange and network assets
nationwide
• Network integrity and critical infrastructure lifecycle management of exchanges, facilities and
other network sites across Australia.
The extension builds on Ventia’s 28-year partnership with Telstra.
Ventia’s Group Executive – Telecommunications, Mark Ralston said that Ventia was committed to
continuing to support Telstra’s strategic objectives.
“We value our long-term strategic partnership with Telstra and look forward to continuing to collaborate
and deliver this program of work utilising our client-focused, innovative and sustainable approach”,
said Mark.
Works under this extension will commence in December 2023.
