Results of Napier Port Holdings Limited 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting
At Napier Port Holdings Limited’s Annual Shareholders Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting
today, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board
of Directors.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• That John Harvey be re-elected as a director of the Company;
• That the directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditor for the ensuing
year.
