Results of CDI’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders



At CDI’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held as a hybrid meeting earlier today,

shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


• The re-election of Vincent Yeo as a director of CDI;

• The re-election of Desleigh Jameson as a director of CDI;

• That the aggregate maximum annual remuneration for directors be increased from

NZ$180,000 to NZ$300,000;

• That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.
