Results of MCK’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders


At MCK’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held as a hybrid meeting earlier today, shareholders

were asked to vote on 6 resolutions.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:


• The re-election of Kevin Hangchi as a director of MCK;

• The re-election of Colin Sim as a director of MCK;

• The re-election of Leslie Preston as a director of MCK;

• That the aggregate maximum annual remuneration for directors be increased from NZ$200,000

to NZ$400,000; and

• That the Board of Directors be authorised to fix the auditor’s fees and expenses.
