trades by Harbour Asset Management Limited from 27/01/2024 until 27/05/2024, as
summarised in the table below. Effective 01 May 2024, Harbour Asset Management Limited
entered into an investment management agreement with BNZIL and shares that BNZIL had a
relevant interest in are now managed by Harbour under an investment management
agreement.
