NZME 2024 Half Year Results Release Date

AUCKLAND, 1 August 2024: NZME Limited (NZX: NZM, ASX: NZM) (“NZME”) will release its
financial results for the half year ended 30 June 2024 on Tuesday 27 August 2024.

NZME will host a webcast and conference call for analysts at 10am NZT on Tuesday 27 August 2024
to review the results.

either online or by telephone. Please note, only participants who join the webcast online will be able
to ask questions.
