Annual Meeting, Closing Date for Directors’ Nominations

New Talisman Gold Mines Ltd has scheduled to hold its Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Tuesday
September 17, 2024 at 1pm.
Details of resolutions and proxy voting form will be in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to
shareholders prior to the meeting.
The closing date for Director Nominations is Wednesday August 21 2024.
All nominations must be received by close of business on the closing date. Nominations may be
made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting and should be
