Radius Residential Care Limited’s Annual Shareholders’ Meeting - Amended Results

Radius Residential Care Limited held its Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on 6 August 2024 at
10:30am, online and at Hyundai Marine Sports Centre, Auckland.

Results of the meeting were posted on the NZX on 6 August 2024 following the meeting.

Radius Care has since been advised that the share registrar incorrectly counted the votes cast
by one shareholder. The incorrect counting had no impact on the outcome of the voting for any
of the three resolutions.

The votes cast have been recounted and verified, and the updated results are shown in the
table below:
