Delayed share settlement

Share settlement update
TradeWindow (NZX: TWL) wishes to advise that settlement for the first tranche of shares
subscribed for by Mr. AJ Smith, Executive Director and CEO, on deferred payment terms
pursuant to an agreement approved by shareholders at a special meeting held on 12 June
2024 has been delayed from the original settlement date of 31 August 2024 to 6 September
2024.
