Resignation of Company Secretary
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ventia Services Group Limited (Ventia) advises that
Debbie Schroeder will resign as an additional Company Secretary of Ventia effective 23
September 2024.

Rebecca Tweedie will continue as the Group Company Secretary and is the person
responsible under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX in relation to listing
rule matters.
