Ventia further extends contract with NSW Public Works
Ventia has signed a Deed of Extension to continue their Whole of Government Cleaning services with
NSW Public Works (PW) for an additional year to the end of 2025 in the Hunter Central Coast and
Western Sydney regions. The Deed of Extension is valued at $125M.
Dean Banks, Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, said “We are proud of our team of
over 1800 cleaners and supervisors who provide essential services to schools, TAFE campuses,
police and ambulance sites, and many NSW Government agencies across Western Sydney and the
Hunter Central Coast regions.
“Our communities have experienced a lot of change over the past several years, and I am truly proud
of how the team has focused on adapting and innovating to maintain high-quality services and in
particular, the role that our team played during COVID to keep essential infrastructure operational.”
Since commencing services for PW in January 2006, Ventia has expanded its scope, to service more
than 1000 education and agency sites and most importantly expanded the diversity of its team,
demonstrating a commitment to strong Indigenous and disability employment.
