Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Ventia Services Group Limited (Ventia) advises the
appointment of Jillian Hardiman as a Company Secretary of Ventia, effective from 28 November 2024.
Jillian Hardiman will replace Rebecca Tweedie who will resign as a Company Secretary of Ventia,
effective 20 December 2024.
Jillian Hardiman is the person nominated under ASX Listing Rule 12.6 for communication with the ASX
in relation to Listing Rules matters.
