CHANGE OF EXTERNAL AUDITOR
Summerset Group Holdings Limited today announced, after the completion of a
tender process, PwC has been appointed as its external auditor for the 2025
financial year, beginning 1 January 2025.
The tender process was overseen by Summerset’s Audit & Risk Committee who
recommended the appointment of PwC as external auditor to the Board. The
decision to recommend a change of auditor was made as a matter of good
governance and in light of the current auditor’s tenure.
Summerset’s current auditor, EY, will undertake the audit for the 2024 financial year.
Summerset would like to thank EY for the service they have provided Summerset
during their tenure.
