APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Summerset Group Holdings Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Margaret
Warrington to the role of Chief Financial Officer.

Margaret has a very strong financial background, including eight years in CFO roles in the public
and private sectors.

She will join Summerset from NZX listed company EROAD. In addition to her time at EROAD
Margaret was CFO at Statistics New Zealand and was previously Summerset’s Head of
Finance.

Summerset Chief Executive Officer Scott Scoullar said “I am pleased to have someone of
Margaret’s calibre and experience joining Summerset.

“Margaret and I have worked together before, it’s great to welcome back someone who has left
Summerset and grown their career further. She will be a valuable addition to my Executive
team.”

Margaret will take over the CFO role from Sarah Theodore who has been Acting CFO since
October. Sarah will return to her role as Summerset’s GM Finance.

“I’d like to thank Sarah for her great work while stepping into our CFO role, she will remain in the
role until Margaret starts,” says Mr Scoullar.

Margaret will join Summerset on 24 February 2025 ahead of the company’s full year results
announcement at the end of that month.
