Confirmation of re-election of Graham Stuart
Northwest Healthcare Properties Management Limited (the Manager), as manager of Vital
Healthcare Property Trust (Vital), reports the following results from voting at the Annual
Meeting of Vital unit holders held on 6 November 2024.
All votes were conducted by poll taken by Computershare and scrutineered by Deloitte.
Resolution – Graham Stuart re-elected as an Independent Director.
The appointment of Graham Stuart was approved, with 449,699,381 (99.90%) voting for his re -
election, 288,641 (0.06%) voting against and 175,133 (0.04%) abstaining.
