Elaine Campbell resigns from Chorus

Chorus announced today that Elaine Campbell, Executive General Manager of Access
has resigned from Chorus to take up a new role as Chief Legal, Governance and
External Relations Officer at SkyCity Entertainment Group Limited.

Ms Campbell joined Chorus in 2018 and has held a number of executive roles including
General Counsel, Chief Corporate Officer and most recently Executive GM of Access.

Chorus Chief Executive Officer Mark Aue said “Elaine has held some critical roles at
Chorus and led with energy and enthusiasm through times of significant change for
the organisation. We are grateful for the significant impact Elaine has made during
her time at Chorus and she leaves with our best wishes for her new role”.

Ms Campbell will continue with Chorus until early 2025. The process to appoint Ms
Campbell’s replacement will commence shortly and further announcements will be
made when that role has been filled.
