Closing of GetThere acquisition and
commencement of partnership with Sabre
On 28 October 2024, Serko Limited (NZX & ASX: SKO) announced a long-term partnership with Sabre
Corporation (NASDAQ: SABR), a leading software and technology provider that powers the global
travel industry, together with Serko’s acquisition of Sabre’s business travel management solution,
GetThere.
The acquisition of GetThere successfully closed today, as planned, with the partnership between
Serko and Sabre commencing from the closing date.
