Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

AUCKLAND, 16 January 2025: EROAD Limited (ASX/NZX: ERD) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Rebecca Lineham as interim Chief Financial Officer, effective 20 January 2025.
As announced last year, this follows the resignation of EROAD’s current CFO Margaret Warrington, to
take up the CFO role at Summerset. While she will no longer serve as CFO, Margaret will remain with
the business until 21 February 2025 to provide a smooth transition and handover.
Rebecca brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record in financial leadership, strategic
thinking and driving performance through innovation. Rebecca has held CFO and senior finance roles at
Mint Innovation, Impac Services Group, Daifuku Oceania and Waste Management where she led
significant initiatives and led complex financial operations.
EROAD’s recruitment process for a permanent CFO is in progress.
