Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) notes a recent media article containing commentary from its
CEO. The article includes a reference to Q4 FY25 performance, which was intended to reflect an expectation
of strong operational performance relative to the prior comparative period.

This should not be interpreted as a financial outlook. The Company’s financial outlook remains unchanged
from the statement provided in its 1H FY25 market announcement.
