Resignation of Megan Glen from General Capital Limited Board
General Capital Limited (NZX: GEN) today announced the resignation of Megan Glen
as a non-executive director of the General Capital Board effective 31 March 2025.
Mr Rewi Bugo, Chairman of General Capital, advised that Megan joined the Board
when a share placement was made in February 2023, and he thanked Megan for her
contribution on the Board over the last two years.
Mr Bugo said “We understand Megan’s significant workload outside of General Capital
and we appreciate the time she has been able to commit to the Board.
The Board will undertake a skills review, and we will assess the skills the Board would
most benefit from in a new director with an appointment likely at the next Annual
Shareholders Meeting.”
