Director resignation announcement

Genesis Energy announces that Paul Zealand has advised the Company of his intention to step down

from the Genesis Board, due to health reasons, effective 30 May 2025.

Paul joined the Board in October 2016 and has been a valued member of the Human Resources and

Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee. The Board thanks Paul for his significant

contribution to the Company over the past eight years, particularly his leadership in governance,

strategy, and risk management.


We extend our appreciation for his service and wish him well.
