SCALES CORPORATION DECLARES FY2024 FINAL DIVIDEND

The Directors of Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) have declared a final cash dividend for the
2024 Financial Year of 7.75 cents per share, partially imputed at 50%.
Taking into account the 7.25 cents per share FY2024 interim dividend, paid in January 2025, cash
dividends for the 2024 Financial Year total 15.0 cents per share, which represents 63% of FY2024
Underlying Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders.
The dividend is payable on 11 July 2025, with a record date of 1 July 2025.

Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
Scales’ 2025 Annual Meeting is scheduled for 3.30pm, Tuesday 10 June 2025. The meeting will be
held in Christchurch, with shareholders also able to attend virtually.
The meeting will provide an excellent opportunity to update shareholders on trading to date for each
business unit, including confirmation of the gross apple harvest and estimated packout percentage for
Mr Apple, as provided historically.
