Capital Notes offer timing

On 9 May 2025, Chorus lodged a product disclosure statement (PDS) in relation to an offer of Capital
Notes, with the offer expected to open today, 19 May 2025.

Chorus is awaiting confirmation from S&P Global Ratings (S&P) of its equity content treatment of the
Capital Notes given the level of Chorus’ hybrid capital.

The offer will be delayed from the timetable set out in the PDS until this confirmation is received.

Chorus will then provide a revised offer timetable.
