Interim dividend for the year ending 31 August 2025
The directors have declared the third interim dividend of 6.25p per ordinary share in respect of
the year ending 31 August 2025. The dividend will be paid on 30 May 2025 to shareholders on
the register on 25 July 2025 (the record date). The shares will be quoted ex-dividend on 24 July
2025.
The first and second interim dividends in the amount of 6.20p per ordinary share were paid on 28
February 2025 and 30 May 2025 respectively.

The Company does not invest more than 15% of its gross assets in other UK listed investment
companies.
