The Company announces that it agreed on 9 June 2025 to allot 465,000 ordinary shares at a
price of 219.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 11 June 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total
voting rights at that date to 175,159,679.
