Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
Trade Window Holdings Limited (NZX: TWL) advises that it intends to hold its annual meeting of
shareholders at 11:00am on Friday, 22 August 2025 (NZT). Shareholders will be able to attend the
meeting through a virtual meeting platform only. Further details will be provided in the Notice of
Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.
Nomination of Directors
Director nominations are open today, 4 July 2024, and will close at 5:00 pm on Friday, 1 August
2025 (NZT). Nominations must be made in writing and may only be made by a security holder
entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.

Nominations must be accompanied by written consent of the person being nominated, together with
