ANNOUNCEMENT: Director Resignation
The Board of Green Cross Health (NZX:GXH) advises that Carolyn Steele has resigned as a director,
in order to balance her governance responsibilities. Carolyn’s resignation will take effect as soon
as a suitable replacement is appointed.
Carolyn has served the company well over eight years and the Board is grateful for her dedication
as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee.
The search for Carolyn’s replacement will commence immediately.
