TAH enters conditional agreement for Elder Care Practice

Third Age Health Services Limited is pleased to announce that it has entered into a conditional sale and
purchase agreement to acquire an 80% stake in in ARC Health Limited (ARC Health).

ARC Health provides medical services to aged residential care facilities in the Canterbury region. This
acquisition is intended as a bolt-on to Third Age Health’s existing Aged Residential Care (ARC) business.

The acquisition represents a proposed investment of $1.1 million. Completion of the acquisition is expected in
September 2025, subject to satisfaction of all conditions.
