TAH confirms completion of ARC Health Acquisition
Third Age Health Services Limited is pleased to advise that its acquisition of an 80% stake in ARC Health Limited
(ARC Health) is now unconditional.
ARC Health provides medical services to aged residential care facilities in the Canterbury region and will
operate as a bolt-on to Third Age Health’s existing Aged Residential Care (ARC) business.
The total consideration for the 80% stake is $1.12 million, of which $280,000 is deferred for 12 months. The
acquisition is expected to be funded from cash reserves, and completion is scheduled for 1 September 2025.
