BIF - Valuation Adjustment for Booster Innovation Fund
BIF – Valuation adjustment for Booster Innovation Fund
27 August 2025
Consistent with the Fund’s valuation policy, the value of each of the investments has been reviewed by
the Manager of the Fund.
The outcome of this review was a net increase of a $508,000 (net of any allowance performance fees and
tax) which represents 2.4% of the Fund. The resulting value of the Fund is $21.3 million with an
approximate net asset value (NAV) of $1.39 per unit. These adjustments will be reflected in the 26
August 2025 unit price, which will be issued on 28 August 2025.
The valuation adjustments predominately reflect the sales growth and profitability for some companies,
capital raising activities for some companies at higher prices than the previous carrying value, and to a
lesser extent, positive and negative valuation adjustments have been made for some businesses based on
progress towards their business plans.
