GMT satisfies conditions to settle Highbrook Fund

Goodman Property Trust is pleased to confirm that, following its announcement on 29 May
2025, all the conditions have now been satisfied for the establishment of the new
Highbrook Fund.
Settlement of the transaction is expected to complete on 30 September 2025.
