GMT settles new Highbrook Fund

Further to the announcements of 29 May and 10 September 2025, Goodman
Property Trust (GMT) is pleased to advise that it has now settled the new Highbrook
Fund.
Chief Executive Officer James Spence said, “Establishing a complementary property funds
management business has been a major strategic objective and we are delighted to have
settled this first fund.”
