Annual Meeting and Nomination of Directors

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that its 2025 Annual Meeting of shareholders will be
held at 2 pm on Wednesday, 12th November 2025 at the Residium Design + Building
Centre, 165 The Strand, Parnell, Auckland.

Bremworth also advises that the closing date for nominations to the Board of Directors is
Tuesday, 7th October 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing
date.
