NZ RegCo refers to Bremworth Limited’s (“BRW”) announcement yesterday regarding its annual
report and audited financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2025.

NZ RegCo advises that BRW has not released its annual report for the year ended 30 June
2025 which, under NZX Listing Rule 3.6.1, was due to be released through the NZX market
announcement platform on or before Tuesday, 30 September 2025.

As set out in section 3 of NZX’s Guidance Note on Trading Halts and Suspensions, if an issuer
has not published its annual report within five business days following the due date, trading in
the issuer’s securities will be suspended until the issuer has released its annual report.

Accordingly, if BRW does not release its annual report on or before Tuesday, 7 October 2025,
NZ RegCo gives notice that trading in BRW’s ordinary shares will be suspended, effective from
market open on Wednesday, 8 October 2025.
