Metro Performance Glass Limited (Metro) advises that the following equity instruments have
lapsed in accordance with the terms of the relevant employee incentive schemes:
• 3,803,594 Performance Rights
• 9,419,188 Share Options
Following this lapse, Metro now has:
• 1,475,708 Performance Rights
• 2,213,562 Share Options
on issue. These remaining Performance Rights and Share Options were issued on 4 July 2023
under Metro’s 2024 Long Term Incentive Plan, the key features of which were set out in Metro’s
announcement of the same date.
