Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: On 30 December 2025,
Amari Metals Australia Pty Ltd (“Amari”) transferred all of its ordinary shares in MPG to
MGI for NZ$15,049674 as part of a group restructuring. Both Amari and MGI are members
of the same wholly-owned group and are wholly-owned by the same group parent
company. Following the transfer to MGI, Amari no longer holds any ordinary shares in
MPG.
