Further to the announcement made by Uvre Limited (“UVA”) on Thursday, 23 October 2025,
NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, conditional on ASIC approval, UVA will be changing its
name to Minerals Exploration Limited, and its ticker code will change to MEX.
The potential effective date for the change is anticipated to be either Wednesday, 3 December
2025, or Thursday, 4 December 2025. The final effective date will be confirmed by UVA through
release of an announcement. NZXO will also confirm the effective date via a Memorandum,
once UVA has announced this to the market.
The ISIN will remain unchanged as AU0000219347.
