Request for trading halt: New Talisman Gold Mines Limted (NZX Code: NTL)
We request a trading halt be applied to our financial products (Ordinary Shares) under NZX
Listing Rule 9.9.1(a) and set out below details of the request as per the rules of NZX.
We would like the trading halt to commence immediately.
Reasons for trading halt, including impact of event on fair orderly or transparent
markets: The NTL Board must meet to consider the Company’s current financial position
and its strategic path forward. The Board cannot reach a conclusion until it has heard from
a potential investor who will advise us on their position early next week.
How long we want the trading halt to last and why: The earlier of two business days or
an announcement by the Board
The event we expect to happen that will end the trading halt: an announcement by the
NTL Board in relation to the Company’s financial position and its strategic path forward.

We confirm that we are not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
