New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) will hold its Annual Shareholders’
MeeƟng on 18 February 2026. The meeƟng will be held both online and in person at Rutherford
Hotel in Nelson. The NoƟce of MeeƟng to be sent to all shareholders in January 2026 that will
confirm the Ɵme along with other details for the meeƟng.
Pursuant to NZX LisƟng Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominaƟons is Thursday 8 January
2026. All nominaƟons must be received by 5.00 pm on the closing date. NominaƟons may only be
made by a shareholder enƟtled to aƩend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ MeeƟng.
