At Napier Port Holdings Limited’s Annual Shareholders Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today,

shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board of

Directors.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by poll.


The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
