Results of Napier Port Holdings Limited 2025 Annual Shareholders Meeting
At Napier Port Holdings Limited’s Annual Shareholders Meeting, held as a hybrid meeting today,
shareholders were asked to vote on four resolutions, which were supported by the Board of
Directors.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
• To elect Hamish Stevens as a director of the Company;
• To re-elect Kylie Clegg as a director of the Company;
• To re-elect Dan Druzianic as a director of the Company;
• To authorise directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration for the ensuing year.
