Notification of Change of Share Registry Provider
Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) advises that effective
from close of business on Friday 27 February 2026, management of Radius Care’s
share registry will move from Computershare Investor Services Limited to MUFG
Pension & Market Services (NZ) Limited (“MPMS”).
