Marion Main and Main Trustee Company No.2 Limited as trustees of Main Family Trust No.2
made the following off-market transfers:
1) 420,000 Shares to Nicola Dwyer on 9 May 2023;
2) 420,000 Shares Amanda Lockwood on 9 May 2023;
3) 420,000 Shares to Bradley Main on 9 May 2023; and
4) 420,000 Shares to Jamie Main on 9 May 2025.

Total number of Shares: 1,680,000.
These transfers resulted from in-specie distributions to beneficiaries as part of a wider Main
family reorganisation and were documented by way of four separate off-market transfer
forms signed by the relevant parties.
