Change to External Auditor

Freightways Group Limited has appointed Deloitte to replace PwC as its external auditor for the
2027 financial year, beginning 1 July 2026.

PwC will undertake the audit for the 2026 financial year.

The Board’s decision to change auditor reflects good governance practice in light of the current
auditor’s tenure. The decision to change auditor is not a reflection on the quality of service
provided by PwC. We are grateful to PwC for its support and services during its tenure.
