WasteCo Group Limited (WCO or WasteCo) announces that Mr Shane Edmond has resigned from his
position as director, effective 28 February 2026. The company expresses its gratitude to Mr Edmond
for his dedicated service and valuable contributions during his tenure on the board and extends best
wishes for his future pursuits. WasteCo will take the necessary time to review its requirements, and
any subsequent changes to the board’s composition will be communicated in due course.
