Appointment of Independent Director – Neil McAra
WasteCo Group Limited (NZX: WCO) is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil McAra
to the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Mr McAra brings extensive governance, financial and commercial experience, including
leadership roles in professional advisory services and a range of directorships across New
Zealand businesses and organisations. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 30 years’
experience in business advisory, financing, acquisitions, structuring and governance.
The Board welcomes Mr McAra to WasteCo and looks forward to his contribution as the
Company continues to execute its strategic and operational priorities.
The Board has determined that Mr McAra is an Independent Director for the purposes of
the NZX Listing Rules.
