Joint Company Secretary Appointment

Manuka Resources Limited (ASX: MKR; NZX: MKR) (the Company) advises that Alex
Sutton has been appointed Joint Company Secretary, effective from today 02 March, 2026.

Mr Sutton is a Law Graduate and Geologist with 15 year’s experience in the mining industry,
equity and commodity market research, including four years as the in-house Geologist at
ASX where he advised listed entities on ASX Listing Rules, Chapter 5 and JORC Code
obligations.

The Company further advises in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 12.6, that Mr Sutton
will join Ms Eryn Kestel as the primary contacts for communications with the ASX in
relation ASX Listing Rule matters.
