Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises the following changes to the Boards of SIML and
Stride Property Limited (SPL), effective immediately.

Retirement of Chair
In accordance with his announced intention to retire from the governance positions he holds within Stride
Property Group before the 2026 Annual Shareholder Meetings, Tim Storey has today announced his
resignation as Chair and Director of SIML and SPL. Tim has served as Chair of the Stride Boards since
2009 and has made a significant contribution to the establishment, governance and strategic direction of
Stride. Tim led the formation of SPL and its NZX listing, and the Board thanks him for his vision, leadership
and dedicated service.
Tim Storey commented: “It has been a privilege to serve as Chair of Stride Property Group. I am proud of
what has been achieved and the strong platform that has been established. I am confident the business is
well positioned for the future under David’s leadership.”

Appointment of Chair
The Board has appointed David Green as independent Chair of the Boards of SIML and SPL, effective
today. David was appointed to the Boards in June 2025 and brings extensive governance, banking and
funds management experience.

Chair David Green commented: “I am honoured to take on the role of Chair of Stride Property Group. The
business is well positioned for its strategy of becoming New Zealand's leading listed property investor and
fund manager through a diversified platform of portfolios, with $3.3 billion of commercial property already
under management. I look forward to working with the Boards and management in developing Stride’s
unique attributes and delivering value for shareholders.”

Appointment of New Director
Hsueh Ling Ng has been appointed as an independent non-executive Director of the Boards of SIML and
SPL, effective today. She has over 30 years’ experience as a senior executive and director working across
real estate investment, funds management and capital strategies in the Asia Pacific region. Hsueh Ling will
retire and stand for election at the 2026 Annual Shareholder Meetings in accordance with NZX Listing
Rules.

Following these changes, the Boards will continue to comprise entirely of independent non-executive
directors.
