Change of SIML-Appointed Director

Investore Property Limited (Investore) announces that it has been notified by Stride Investment Management
Limited (SIML) that Director Tim Storey, a SIML-appointed Director to the lnvestore Board, will retire with
effect from today, 2 June 2026.
In connection with Tim Storey’s retirement, SIML has notified lnvestore that it will appoint Director David
Green to the Investore Board, effective from 3 June 2026.
In accordance with clause 20.5 of lnvestore's constitution, SIML has the right to appoint two directors to the
lnvestore Board. This appointment right is permitted by waivers from NZX Listing Rules 2.2 to 2.8 granted to
Investore to enable SIML to appoint two directors, to ensure that SIML can maintain influence over the
strategic direction of lnvestore, consistent with its role as manager.
In accordance with the NZX Listing Rule waivers, David Green is not required to stand for election at the next
Annual Shareholder Meeting and will remain on the Board of lnvestore until he is removed by SIML. The Board
has determined that David Green is not an "Independent Director" as defined by the NZX Listing Rules due to
his status as a SIML-appointed Director.
In addition to his role as a Director of SIML, David is currently lead independent Director of EROAD Limited, a
Director of Westpac New Zealand Limited, where he Chairs the Audit committee, and Chair of BT Funds
Management (NZ) Limited. During a career of more than 30 years in the banking and finance sector he led
teams delivering solutions for customers across a wide range of industry sectors in the Asia Pacific Region,
most recently as Singapore CEO and Head of South East Asia, India and the Middle East for ANZ Banking
Group. David has also served as Chair of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand, Executive Board
Member of the New Zealand China Council and Council Member of the Association of Banks in Singapore.
